As we are aware that past is a milestone for the future, our rooms are named after Carlo Levi, who magistrally described the town, and the biblical Petra, twin city with Matera, whose name immediately recalls the word “stone” and consequently “Sassi”.
In order to meet the most different tastes and needs of our guests, the two spaces have different furniture.

Keep the house as it was yours!!!!
Once received the keys, the guests will be free to go out and get home whenever they want. We are sorry but pets are not allowed into the house.
City tax to be paid on arrival: €1,00 a day (just for the first two days)
How to reach us
Position: Just 20 mt away from one of the most important streets of the town, the house is just 5 minutes walking from the center and from the old quarter “Sassi”. Parco della Murgia Materana and its rock hewn churches are 10 minutes driving from the resort.
The wonderful Ionian beaches are just 30 minutes driving from the house, and the airport of Bari can be reached in 45 minutes.
Near the House the guests can find banks, a post office, supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, bakeries, tobacconist’s and stationer’s shops. A small park for children is also in the surrounding. Free park outside the inner court.
